Your Mortgage in Six Easy Steps...

1. Make an enquiry

Send us an email, give us a call, pop in to our office. We just need a quick chat to get a good understanding of what type of mortgage you are looking for and to understand your circumstances. 

2. Fill in a Fact Find

Visit our secure online portal to fill in the Mortgage Fact Find. The form takes an average of half an hour to fill in and will give us all the information you need to get your new mortgage up and running. You can also upload your supporting documents directly to the portal, and will be able to track your application at each stage. 

3. Receive your mortgage illustration

We will run your affordability and eligibility, ensuring your requirements have been taken into account, and then discuss personalised options with you. At this point, you will receive a mortgage illustration, which can be used as proof of eligibility for estate agents. 

4. Leave it to us

We will proceed with securing your mortgage. From liaising with your lender, to answering underwriting queries, booking in your mortgage valuation, to providing updates to your solicitor and estate agent (if applicable). We will smooth the process and ensure you are kept up-to-date throughout. 

5. Receive your mortgage offer

Once your product has been agreed we will send you and your solicitor a copy of your mortgage offer. A mortgage offer is a legally-binding document, valid for between three and six months. 

6. Completion!

With your mortgage offer in place and your conveyancing work completed, you are now ready to schedule your completion!
